The all day window is difficult to plan around so smaller window to drop and collect the car would be better. The lack of AMEX payments is frustrating when my alternative is only Debit Card (as I don't have other Credit)

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I dealt with Sophie and she went above and beyond to ensure i was happy. The whattsapp feature is great and she replied very quickly.
