Sam was great from start to finish of me booking my car in and then contacting me to arrange collection. Explaining what work had been carried out and ensuring I was happy with everything.

Wrong part order which led to delay. Not sure the fix worked (boot still does not open by gesture very often and never closes). Calls not always returned. Whatsapp messages unanswered. Staff nice though.
