Labour charge for fitting and re coding a new battery ridiculous! But Halfords and KwikFit couldn't do it/ supply an 80 amp battery, so not much choice.

On arrival at The Centre, I was greeted and guided by a member of staff, on where to park my car (BMW) as my wife was following me, in her Mini, that was booked in. The chap then assisted my wife with parking of her car, limited space & very busy!

My apple car play stopped working so I asked for it to be looked at. During the service a system update was completed which wiped the whole thing out. I have now been told I have to pay £198 for a diagnostic for something not my fault money making!!
